Scope of application:
1. LCD TV and various single tube, switch power supply, power adapter, set-top box, air conditioning computer board, DVD, monitor, etc.
2. This product adopts DC sampling and TL431 feedback amplification, with each output basically consistent with the original machine voltage.
3. Humanized design, ultra high power, night crystal TV sets below 70 inches, as long as it is a single switch power supply, it is easy to solve problems, and the load is light and stable without voltage instability.
Installation method:
1. Remove the original switch tube and power chip or thick film, fix the film block on the heat sink, and power supplies below 60W do not require an additional heat sink.
2. Check if the 300V reverse peak absorption circuit is normal and if there is a short circuit in the secondary of the transformer.
3. The red wire is connected to the C-pole of the original switch tube, and the soldering point (i.e. 300V transformer) field-effect tube is of D-level.
4. The black wire is grounded. (Negative electrode of 300V filter capacitor)
5. Green wire connected to 300V (positive pole of 300V filtering capacitor)
6. Yellow wire connected to load 12V or 24V output diode output terminal
7. Blue wire to cold ground
8. Connect the white wire to the secondary power supply of the original machine (see details in the diagram)
9. Select the corresponding short-circuit point based on the output voltage. If 24V is needed, moving the resistance of R16 above R15 will output 24V, and moving the resistance of R16 above R17 will output 5V. The factory setting is 12V for R16.
Usage suggestions:
After connecting this module, it is recommended to disconnect the load and connect a dummy load to measure the voltage. After checking that there are no errors, you can rest assured to test the machine.
